About

November 12th, 2008

We live in exciting times, as technology becomes increasingly ubiquitous, smaller, and powerful. It is not justĀ  one world, most of us live in the physical and digital world at the same moment. We can be having a cup of coffee at a Starbucks in the middle of New York City, while hooked into the digital world around us through our cell phones, mobile devices and laptops.

The line between virtual and real is blurring. We live and breathe social networks such as Facebook and Myspace. Even the corner shop deli around the corner has its own full fledged web presence with interactive menus and content. The news is increasingly dominated by technology-related issues, and scientific breakthroughs. This is a blog that attempts to chronicle our journey through a world that keeps on getting smaller and more fascinating every day.
